Don’t see the dimensions that you need? We have tooling available to make most custom plastic tubing sizes and we are happy to extrude exactly the tube you need. Leda manufacture a wide range of custom plastic tubing for a variety of different industries.
Leda can print your custom tubing sizes or custom profiles specs on any order over 2,000 metres for free, or a nominal charge for smaller orders. The print is usually text but we also have graphics capabilities.
Our standard packaging process is to put short length tubes into bags while longer lengths come in reels or boxes. We can provide or work with your custom packaging to meet your custom extrusions specifications. Just ask!
We have the equipment to precisely cut your tubing or profiles in an efficient and cost effective manner. If you need your custom tubing or custom profiles cut into specific lengths then save time, money and waste by having us cut the product for you.
In addition to our 6 standard colours, we will match virtually any custom tubing colour you can dream up. Just send us a swatch of what you want us to match.
We trust Fastway and New Zealand Couriers for the delivery of your orders. Mainfreight takes care of delivery for our larger, palletised orders. International orders are placed with Toll however we are happy to work with all freight forwarders if you have another preference.
Leda extruded tubing products are available on standard coils but it’s easy for us to make a variation to our coiling setup if you have custom tubing requirements.
Most of our custom tubing comes without fittings however if need a fitting, let us know and we might be able to help. We have the staff and equipment ready to make your custom tubing or profile assembly a fast and efficient process.
