Airflex recoil hose tubing is highly abrasion resistant and kink resistant making it the perfect tube for areas of high movement and repeated flexing.  Airflex recoil hose offers excellent memory properties and is ideal for use with pneumatic tools, instrumentation and robotics.  Airflex recoil tubing can be supplied with integrated straight tails at each end of the coil – this allows for easy fitment of your chosen tube fitting onto a section of straight tube.

Our recoil tubing can be manufactured with or without ‘Tails’. Our standard size for tails is 100mm, but you are able to specify the length you require.

Ledalon Recoil Tubing

Ledalon recoil tubing is the ideal solution for industrial applications which requires tubing resistant to high pressures, high temperatures and a wide range of chemicals.  The recoil tubes retract efficiently offering the operator freedom of movement and providing clear work areas.  Recoil tubes are also ideal for use with small pneumatic tools and robotic equipment.  Ledalon recoil tubing can be supplied with integrated straight tails at each end of the coil – this allows for easy fitment of your chosen tube fitting onto a section of straight tube.

Ledathene Beverage Tubing

Ledathene Beverage Tubing

Ledathene Beverage Tubing is manufactured from FDA approved LDPE raw material and is widely used by all major brewing and beverage installers around New Zealand and overseas.  Polyethylene offers excellent resistance to stress cracking.  The smooth bore tubing does not impart any taste or odor into the fluids being transferred.  Ledathene is a flexible and easy to handle tubing ideal for recirculating glycol lines and python style tubing bundles.

Ledavin Beverage Tubing

Flexible PVC Beverage Tubing

Ledavin Beverage tubing is manufactured from materials compliant with FDA and AS2070 for food and beverage contact applications.  This highly flexible tubing offers excellent resistance to cracking and impact along with a glass like clarity and smooth bore to provide ideal flow characteristics for a variety of food and beverage applications.  The tubing is used by all major brewers and beverage installers nationwide and is commonly found in Post-Mix and BIB installations.  All Ledavin products are charged with an inert gas and the ends of the coils are plugged during manufacture to prevent any oxidation or contamination during storage.

Accessories

Leda Tube Cutters 

Leda Tube Cutters are recommended for use on all Leda stock tubing products.  The smooth strong action will cut all Ledathene, Ledalon, Ledaflex, Ledachem and beverage tubing products up to 20mm outside diameter.   The cutters can also be used on small diameter rigid PVC products and Polybutylene tubing.

Constructed in die cast aluminium with a blade which can be removed for re-sharpening the cutter is designed to give years of good service.

Conveniently packed in an attractive POS blister pack ready for shelf or rack display. 

Tube Clips

Leda Tube Clips

Leda Tube Clips are available in a wide range of sizes and will keep the loose ends of coils of tubing neat and tidy.  They can also be used to hold together paired runs of tubing over short and long distances.  Available in bags of mixed sizes or specific sizes as required.  Contact us for further details.

Leda Reels

Leda has developed a range of flatpack cardboard tube reels.  Our coiled tubing can be loaded onto these reels easily and they take only seconds to assemble.  Reels allow for easy management of the tubing minimising handling time and wastage.  There are 3 sizes available to suit most sizes of Leda tubing.
